Summer 2009 China Trip

For approximately three weeks this summer, Robert and his family traveled around the Greater China Region, visiting Sanya and Xi'an as well as a number of other Chinese cities. While there, he realized some great insights to China's economy, the role of the Chinese consumer and how robust domestic consumption is helping China decouple from the rest of the world.

2008 Beijing Summer Olympics

One of the most anticipated events of 2008 was the Beijing Summer Olympics. The world tuned in to watch Michael Phelps make Olympic history and Usain Bolt smash track and field records. In addition, China used this moment as a big coming out party, showing the world that it is now an economic superpower. This album contains Robert's pictures from this memorable event.

China Investment Tour

Robert initiated the first China Investment Tour a couple years ago to introduce investors and subscribers to his Asia Edge and China Strategy services to the Chinese culture as well as show them economic strength of China. During this visit to China, the tour group visited some of Robert's recommended companies, Shanghai, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, China Merchant Securities and much more.

Robert's Travels to China

Robert travels to China regularly -- typically a couple times throughout the year. This album contains random photos from his trips to Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. And it also includes his visit to Xian to see the terra cotta warriors.
